In the year 2016, thanks to the creation of new trails dedicated to the discipline in the Ligurian territory, we decided to create a series of amateur events - ENDURO ION CUP - an Enduro Mountain bike championship, which was divided into several stages and was an excellent success. 
To date, the ION CUP has grown to become a national circuit of mountain bike races in the enduro/DH genre, which is also accessible to amateurs. The strengths of the circuit are the low entry costs and the not too high technical level.
In practice, each stage of the ION CUP circuit is a big party among friends who compete on three special stages where the sum of the times of the three descents proclaims the winner. Information and registration at https://www.ion-cup.com/
